Sponsorship

Sponsorship is a contractual link between a financial or other contribution and agreed promotion or support of a player, club or project.

The agreement should cover performance, consideration, identification, exclusivity, duration and termination. Conflicts with club, league or personal advertising rights require particular attention. The image and sponsorship check offers an initial structure.
